The Good Life Eatery

It’s where you get your fix of some seriously healthy food and fashion inspiration. I mean, the ladies at Sloane Square know how to nail style! And if you are lucky, you might even spot celebrities! Whilst we were eating, Millie Macintosh was casually "hanging out" at The Good Life Eatery.

This café style eatery is tiny! There are only a handful of tables and if you happen to land up at a busy time, (I m guessing lunch-time & weekends) you will end up waiting in a rather dramatic queue. Good Life has been creating ripples in the clean eating and raw food world for a while now. And why not? It is one of the first of its kind, has a massive social media fan base and loyalty of many popular British bloggers & celebrities!

I mentally kicked myself for not visiting Good Life earlier. We went there on a quiet Tuesday evening and luckily found a table. Within half an hour though, all tables (there are about 4) were full and even Millie Mackintosh could not get a proper table, she sat (waiting) on one of those side facing tables with high stools!! Really!

A meal for two with a main and drink is roughly about £35 which in my opinion is not bad at all for central London. Their staff is genuinely friendly and the vibe is effortless and easy.

I ordered the 'Choc Norris' smoothie along with 'goodness bowl' whilst Andy ordered 'Ninja Turtle' and a 'Lean Machine' warm bowl with cauliflower rice and chicken meatballs.

Not going to lie, I took my time finishing 'Choc Norris' over a long slow walk around the neighbourhood. And I enjoyed every bit.

The 'Goodness' bowl is made up of quinoa tabbouleh, asian salad, zucchini fettuccine, sweet potato & quinoa falafel, 1/2 a seeded avocado, avocado butter & seeded crackers.

'Choc Norris' (love this name) is made with raw cacao, almond milk, almond hazelnut butter, avocado, cacao nibs, maca powder & banana.

'Ninja Turtle' is made with kale, spinach, coriander, avocado, cucumber, ginger, vanilla, spirulina, almond milk, coconut water & chia seeds.

The food was fresh, delicious and surprisingly filling; don't be fooled by these pictures or portion sizes! We ate at 6 pm and went to bed about 6 hours later. During and at the end of these 6 hours, we did not feel hungry at all!

Have you been to The Good Life Eatery? What are your thoughts?
